Cabbage & Sausage

This is one of our family favorites, and is very budget friendly. If you like cabbage, give it a try.

Ingredients
1 package of Eckrich Beef Polska Kielbasa sausage
2 small heads of cabbage or 1 really big one

Slice the sausage into bite size rounds. Add about a cup of water and the sausage to a large pan (big enough to eventually take the cabbage as well). Cook over medium-high heat until the sausage is starting to brown up nicely.

While the sausage is cooking, core the cabbage and chop it up. When the sausage is browned to your liking, add as much of the cabbage as will fit. Reduce to a medium low heat and let cook, stirring periodically. Add the rest of the cabbage as it will fit.

Done when the cabbage is cooked to your preferred consistency.
